At Luminal, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return process. Please note the following details:
Domestic Orders
Timeframe for Returns
- You may return or exchange a product within 7 days of receiving your order.
- If an incorrect item is delivered, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery to ensure eligibility for return or exchange. Requests submitted after this period will not qualify for return or exchange.
Reverse Pickup Process
- Reverse pick-up will be done by us, at no extra charges.
- However, there will be only one reverse pick-up provided for one order.
- Reverse pick-up is subject to service availability in your area pin code.
- In exceptional circumstances, you may be asked to send the products through a reliable courier if reverse pick-up is not available in your area.
Payment Refund Details
- For COD orders, COD charges (₹49) will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
- For Prepaid orders, a processing fee of 3% will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
Exclusions - 'Final Sale' Items
- Items from the 'Final Sale' section are not eligible for return or exchange.
